ALLWIN has experts working with products in each of the end-use markets: meat & poultry, fish, snacks, plant-based alternatives and gastronomy. Flavourists and chefs create unique flavouring solutions. The laboratories develop end-product concepts containing taste, aroma and texture solutions. A sensory laboratory and a trained group of panelists allows us to professionally taste the products. The ability to combine various technologies to solve specific customer tasks is a distinctive feature of our company.

ALLWIN has expertise both in HoReCa and in the retail market. 2024

Increasing the production capacity of the plant

During 2024, 2 more production lines were launched, in result, the capacity of the plant is increased. Today, the plant produces 45,000 tons of products per year. Gulftic Halal certificate was also obtained.

2023

Re-branding and plant expansion

In January 2023, the company was renamed to ALLWIN. The idea behind the new name literally is "everyone wins". ALLWIN has expertise in both the HoReCa and retail markets. The products that are launched not only in the store shelves, but also in the famous restaurants are the proof of this. The company is proud of its decisions, as they allow it to ensure commercial success for partners and increase their market share. Which is reflected in the name of the company ALLWIN.

2021

Expansion of production and storage areas

To date, the total area of the complex is 8,000 m², including 5,000 m² of production area and 3,000 m² allocated to warehousing both raw materials and finished product.

2018

Opening of the factory in Istra

The local production site was opened in 2018. Today its capacity is enough to produce 33,000 tons of ingredients per year. The complex is equipped with the latest technology and meets international quality standards. Our production site has the following certificates: FSSC 22000, ISO 14001, SQMS, Halal. The manufacturing facility is in 20 minutes drive from our Innovation & Development Center.

2014

Opening of the Innovation & Development Center

In 2014, the company has opened its Innovation & Development Center in Russia. There work a whole team of food experts who develop new types of gastronomic flavours and test new solutions on a wide range of bases. Flavourists, chefs, food technologists and application technologists work in close collaboration to provide the most relevant solutions to the market. The existing pilot plant for meat processing, coating and snack solutions allows us to quickly test our solutions in finished products. The final decision-making if products meat requitements of the customer's specifications is based on sensory analysis.

2006

Opening of Kerry representative office in Russia

The history of the company in Russia began in 2006, during which time the partnership approach has allowed building strong relationships with customers. For 17 years, large investments have been made in business in Russia, as well as a significant contribution has been made to the development of the food industry.
