ALLWIN at the 2nd Conference NEVA INGREDIENTS in St. Petersburg

On June 19-20th, the 2nd Conference for manufacturers of food ingredients and food products Neva Ingredients: Food and Technology was held in St. Petersburg. Leading experts in the food industry discussed the use of ingredients in food technology - consumer preferences, added benefits, technological efficiency, and also touched upon important legislative aspects and issues of technical regulation. Yulia Gladkikh, the head of the department for the development of flavor solutions at ALLWIN, made a presentation on "Taste as a competitive advantage in a period of changing" and shared with colleagues her experience in solving the tasks facing technologists in developing new flavors.
