In the first issue of our anniversary year, the "POSITIVE" column opens with an interview with Mr. Olivier PICARD, CEO of the manufacturer and supplier of ingredients for the food industry with the selfexplanatory name ALLWIN.
- Summing up the results of 2024, it can be noted that it turned out to be very productive for your company. ALLWIN continues to work actively and intensively develop its business, is that correct? Are there any changes and which ones exactly?
-Yes, that's right. The speed of change is enormous, and ALLWIN keeps pace with the times, and perhaps it is ahead of them in some ways, in order to always offer innovative, breakthrough solutions for our customers and the overall successful development of the business and the industry as a whole.
The changes
affect many areas, including the development of new sales channels that were
previously underestimated. The changes also affect the taste preferences of
consumers and restaurant guests, as well as the ways and occasions of
consumption. Consumers are becoming more demanding, and the demand for
innovation is growing not only every year, but also every season.
Services that have entered our lives and are already an integral part of it are also beginning to dictate their terms to the market. I am talking, first of all, about delivery services and ready-to-eat services. Consumer habits and the market are changing right before our eyes, and ALLWIN, as a company operating in the food industry, is directly influencing these changes.
- Earlier
in our conversation, you emphasized the extreme importance of cooperation with
suppliers, what was the last year like in this context?
"We
have been actively working to expand our supplier base in 2024 to ensure both
production growth and business expansion.
We are
growing as a company, and our suppliers are growing with us. It can be noted
that in 2024, the level of service of our suppliers has improved in many ways,
and it is very gratifying that more and more Russian companies are appearing on
the market with whom we can build long term partnerships.
- Do you
keep focus on the development of production facilities?
- Yes,
because we intend to maintain our leading position. Our investments in the
local production and development center are our undisputed advantage.
For the
successful implementation of our clients' projects in 2024, we have upgraded
and expanded production.
Two
additional production lines were put into operation. Now the total capacity of
our plant in the Moscow region is 45 thousand tons per year, which has
increased production capacity by 30% compared to 2023.
ALLWIN
provides solutions for each of the areas of the food industry: meat, fish,
snack, breadcrumbs and gastronomy.
In 2024,
ALLWIN added a new direction to our current business — confectionery and bakery
products, which naturally led to an expansion of technological expertise and
the expansion of our laboratories. Our innovation and research center develops
product concepts that include taste, flavor, and texture solutions.
We have the
ability to combine different technologies to meet specific customer needs,
which is our hallmark. Our expertise in marketing and the food industry allows
the ALLWIN team to develop solutions at the peak of trends.
- If we
talk about the news of the past year, what would you like to mention in this
conversation?
We have a
direct impact on the development of the food industry and are happy to share
